VOLUNTEER – Reception/Admin

Why Volunteer?

Make use of existing skills and learn new ones
Support the local community
Add experience to your CV

Volunteering is a great way of developing your existing skills or learning new ones. Many people find that volunteering for  Southwark Works helps them to find work or make progress in their careers. Financial, information technology,  secretarial, marketing and publicity skills are particularly welcome.

Volunteering usually means giving up to a day of your time. All volunteers receive on the job training and there are usually opportunities for formal training through our Network of Providers.

If you have some time to spare, and are willing to share your enthusiasm and commitment, please send your up to date CV with a short covering letter to   sarah@southwarkworks.org.uk
