As a Sales Executive you are responsible for overseeing sales and all associated enquiries for your assigned site/s.
Main responsibilities include: 

  • Being the key point of contact between Scape and our customers
  • Own the overall process of a booking from the first point of contact to a completed sale
  • Maintain and develop a great relationship with customers through the use of our CRM and booking system
  • Communication with students to include telephone, email and face to face as well adopting new methods of
  • communication (.e, social media/WhatsApp)
  • Continuously monitor sales performance and make sure the customer moves through the sales process correctly
  • Research market trends and products of competitors
  • Help with forthcoming products and discuss on special promotions
  • Must act as a bridge between the company and its current market and future markets
  • Maintaining accurate records
  • Attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings
  • Reviewing sales performance
  • Identify business ppportunities and target market
  • Challenge objections in order to get the customer to buy our product
  • Prepare sales reports by analysing and summarising information
  • Answering and following up on all queries, offering advice and introducing new products
  • Organising sales visits and meetings with potential custorers
  • Establishing new business
  • Maintaining accurate records
  • Make initial customer contact through visits or calls
  • Identify each potential custorner’s needs
  • Formulate business proposals according to customers’ business needs
  • Develop new opportunities and close existing ones, being driven to succeed
  • Research market trends and products
  • Record sales information and maintain customers’ records
  • Review self-sales performance with a view to improve it
  • Display efficiency in gathering market and customer information
  • Supporting other members of the sales team as and when required
  • Support the wider Scape teamin various tasks including around turnover periods and other times as and when required
