Roles and Responsibilities For a Trainee Fitters Mate
The duties would involve: 

  • Working alongside an experienced Fire Sprinkler Installer assisting with the installation of commercial fire suppression systems
  • Assisting with site logistics
  • Liaising and taking instructions from an experienced site team
  • Gaining valuable experience from the site team for self-development and job progression

What you need to bring:

  • Good time management
  • Willing and enthusiastic to learning and developing the job specific skills and training
  • Pro-active approach
  • Safety conscious
  • Excellent communication skills and equally be able to work as part of a team as well as using their own initiative.
  • Full UK driving license would be advantageous
