Change Manager

To manage and take responsibility for all change management of LPT2 contract

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

  • Degree in Quantity Surveying
  • Detailed knowledge of NEC
  • Good communication skills including presentations and ability to negotiate and persuade others
  • Computer literacy with strong skills in Microsoft Office Applications (e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint)


Quantity Surveyor

Ensure all commercial and contractual aspects of LPT2 project under their remit are properly managed and controlled in an efficient manner to ensure maximum return for the HMJV.


Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

  • Hnd/Degree qualification in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management
  • Chartered Quantity Surveyor (MRICS) or equivalent – desirable
  • Experience in civil engineering
  • Detailed understanding of the general and specific contract and subcontract terms
  • Computer literacy with strong skills in Microsoft Office Applications (e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint)

Environmental Advisor

To advise on environmental aspects of the LPT2 project and ensure the project complies with environmental regulations and targets by addressing issues such as air quality, land and water contamination, waste management and environmental impact.


Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

  • Degree in an Environmental discipline such as environmental science/ management, biosciences, earth sciences, applied science or engineering
  • Member of the Institute of Environmental Management and Assessment or working towardsmembership
  • Good understanding of environmental issues and relevant legislation
  • Solid understanding of the requirements of ISO 14001
  • Understanding of the requirements of ISO 9001 and ISO45001
  • MS package knowledge (e.g. Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint)

Temporary Works Manager

To manage the Temporary Works in a safe, efficient and sustainable way, taking a lead role in ensuring Temporary Works procedures are followed, design consultant activities are monitored and deliverables are completed in line with the agreed programme.


Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

  • MEng or BEng degree, HNC/HND
  • Extensive construction and design management experience
  • Management skills and confident when dealing with staff, clients, figures, design issues and programmes
  • Commercial experience and exposure
  • Digitally competent and familiar with BIM/CAD and document control systems and processes
  • Computer literate with a good working knowledge of Microsoft packages, including Microsoft Project.
