About the Role
We’re experience makers and food fanatics — and we’re looking for hospitality staff to join our team at Millwall FC’s historic home ground, The Den (founded in 1885!).

This is casual work built around matchdays, so it’s perfect if you want flexible evening and weekend hours. Once you’re in, you’ll also have the chance to pick up shifts at other Sodexo Live! venues.

The Roles Available
Cashier (Retail Catering) Taking payments and serving customers quickly and accurately at food and drink kiosks during matches. Good fit if you have: basic maths/till confidence, a friendly manner under pressure, and the ability to keep queues moving fast.

Bartender Serving drinks, keeping the bar stocked and running smoothly, and making sure everything’s served responsibly. Good fit if you have: bar experience (or a willingness to learn), knowledge of responsible alcohol service, and a knack for working fast in a busy environment.

Waiting Staff Serving food and drinks to guests in hospitality suites and dining areas, providing a great matchday experience. Good fit if you have: table service experience, a polished, professional manner, and strong attention to detail.

Box Waiters Delivering food and drink service to private executive boxes, offering a more personal, premium level of hospitality. Good fit if you have: experience in high-end or fine dining service, great communication skills, and comfort working closely with guests.

Kitchen Porter Supporting the kitchen team — washing up, keeping prep areas clean, and helping food come out on time. Good fit if you have: a strong work ethic, ability to stay calm during busy service, and comfort working in a fast-paced kitchen.

What We’re Looking For (All Roles)
· Great communication skills — friendly, clear, and professional
· A team player who can handle pressure and take feedback well
· Good attention to detail and reliable timekeeping
· A proactive, can-do attitude
· Some experience in hospitality, catering or bar work is a bonus, but not essential for every role
