Green & Fortune, an independent hospitality company, is building its team for the opening of the new London Museum in West Smithfield (nearest station: Farringdon). The museum opens on 28th November 2026, and Green & Fortune is recruiting for its bar, restaurant, café and events spaces.

Roles available

• Bartender / Barback (Bartholomews): £14.90/hour plus tronc. Late evening availability (until 1am). At least 1 year’s experience required.
• Waiter / Commis Waiter (Clerks House): £14.90/hour plus tronc. Early evening availability (until 11pm). At least 1 year’s experience required.
• Bar Floor (Bartholomews): £14.90/hour plus tronc. Late evening availability. At least 1 year’s experience required.
• Café Assistant / Barista (Cocoa Temperance Room): £14.90/hour. Early morning availability. At least 6 months’ experience required for Barista roles.
• Events / Hospitality Assistant (all spaces): £14.90/hour. Early morning and late evening availability. At least 6 months’ experience required.

Shifts run across all 7 days of the week.

Key dates
Successful candidates will start with induction between 9 and 16 November, training from 17 to 22 November, and friends-and-family dry runs from 23 to 27 November, ahead of the opening on 28 November. You’ll need to be available for these dates.
