We have a great new opportunity for Tree Watering Operatives to join our team in Lambeth, watering trees across a variety of boroughs in London. This is an initial 6 month contract, with the opportunity to move into a full-time permanent role. The Person

• Applicants must hold a full UK manual driving licence and be comfortable driving a 3.5 tonne flatback van. A van will be provided for work.
• Applicants must be reliable and conscientious, with good attention to detail, a positive attitude to work and the ability to turn up ready for an early start.
• You will need to be able to travel to Vauxhall and surrounding areas in London for 7.00am, Monday to Friday.
• The role involves outdoor work in all weather conditions, including rain, and applicants should be physically fit enough for a full day on the move.
• Full training will be provided, and no previous experience is required.

What can Glendale offer you?

• Competitive pay from £12.71 per hour with a monthly performance bonus scheme available. Typical bonus earnings start at £20 to £30 per day, with higher earnings possible once you are fully up to speed.
• A London Living Wage option (£13.80 per hour) without bonus may also be considered.
• Working hours are 7.00am to 5.00pm. Once routes are familiar, many operatives finish their rounds earlier, often around 3.00pm, although the contractual finish time remains 5.00pm.
