ESF Destination Tracking Officer purpose

Supports the Direct contracts manager and Work Coaches in determining destination outcomes for learners who have completed training on the European Social Fund (ESF) Greening London Construction project. Maintain contact with leaners at regular intervals post programme to determine employment and further education status. Sign post leaners to work coaches and other support networks as appropriate.  Maintain database of outcomes and ensure internal IT systems are updated.

Principle duties and responsibilities:

  • Contact leaners at specified intervals to determine employment and education status
  • Record and track information from learners in relation to employment and further education
  • Signpost learners to work coaches and / or other agencies for additional support as necessary
  • Maintain regular contact with Work Coaches to ensure employment and education opportunities are promoted to leaners
  • Provide weekly/monthly reports
  • Ensure internal IT systems are updated with destination
  • To carry out any other duties that are within the employee’s skills and abilities wherever reasonably instructed

 

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Attention to detail and accuracy are required
  • Good telephone manner
  • Good computer skills (MS Office)
  • Ability to use own initiative and work independently if required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A team player with high level of dedication

 

Qualifications

  • GCSE English and Maths
