This role will be based on a busy construction site in the London Borough of Southwark, South East London.
The successful candidates’ responsibilities will include but will not be limited to the following:
- Plan and supervise site activities
- Ensure safe work practices and adherence to all Health & Safety regulations.
- Support the Site Manager in conducting Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS)
- Manage and supervise installers/fixers and specialist subcontractors
- Collaborate with other managers to allocate labour and manage workload effectively
- Deliver site Inductions and Toolbox talks
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Be a resident of the London Borough of Southwark
- Previous onsite experience working for a Cladding/ Facades contractor
- Hold a valid Gold Supervisor or Black Site Manager CSCS Card
- NVQ Level 3 in either Curtain Wall Installation/ Cladding/ Fenestration
- Have full PPE – Hi Vis, Hard Hat, Glove, Goggles and Steel Toe Boots
