As a Hospitality Assistant the main purpose of your role is to ensure the smooth planning and delivery of the day to day hospitality functions within the firm providing a 5* service at all times. Tasks will include customer liaison, food and beverage service in a polite and friendly manner, table setting and clearing. This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate immediately available looking for a long term assignment.

Responsibilities will include but will not be exclusive to:

· To ensure that preparation, delivery and clearing procedures are adhered to as shown and trained and that only correct equipment and food/beverage items are used

· To promptly clear and clean meeting rooms once vacant

· To ensure that the pantry area is clean, tidy, well stocked and food and beverage items are not “out of date” at any time

· To acquire a good knowledge of items on the menu and any other products on offer in order to be able to advise individuals on their choice

· To be aware of any special requests and clients’ likes as well as dislikes

· To actively gain feedback and passing the information on to your Hospitality Manager

· To adhere to required standards at all times and to look out for opportunities to develop services in line with current trends

· To ensure that all necessary stocks are ordered and delivered as required

· To ensure that only nominated suppliers are used unless authorized by the Hospitality Manager

· To ensure all stocks are taken accurately as required by the Hospitality Manager

· To adhere to stock rotation- and labelling procedure as outlined in the “Food Safety”

· To ensure highest level of customer care is adhered to at all times

· To demonstrate a “can-do” attitude towards individual client and visitor requests, comments, likes, dislikes and strive to exceed their expectations

· To build upon existing good relationships with the client
