The CSP is the trade union and educational, professional organisation for the UK’s 59,000 chartered physiotherapists, support workers and students; and one of the largest representative bodies in healthcare.
We’re looking for an experienced Administrator to act as a first point of contact for Governance enquiries, as well as provide thoughtful and pro-active support to the CSP Council and committee members.
This will involve delivering high quality, accurate and time sensitive work to enable the efficient operation of day-to-day Council work, and may include anything from helping organise meetings and events to dealing with membership issues. In addition, you will assist with continuous improvements to governance processes, to ensure CSP decision making processes and structures are fit for purpose.
Working closely with other members of the Governance team, you will make sure that the CSP leadership have the support and information they need to work effectively.
A proven track record of working within a busy team providing a variety of administration duties is essential. This should include experience of building good working relationships with a wide group of people.
Your excellent communication, organsational and planning skills will be essential to your success, and you will enjoy the challenge of meeting multiple deadlines, while still achieving the highest level of accuracy.
