Southwark Residents Housing Workshop
Are you renting, looking to move into private rented accommodation, or supporting clients who may need housing advice?
Join Beam’s Southwark Residents Housing Workshop to learn more about private renting, tenancy obligations, referencing checks, landlord relationships, and the new protections introduced under the Renters’ Rights Act.
Since 1st May 2026, tenancies have changed under the new law, making this session especially relevant for current renters and anyone considering moving into the Private Rental Sector.
The workshop will also include myth-busting around private renting and practical tools to help residents better understand their housing options.
