On this 36-month apprenticeship, you’ll have a unique opportunity to learn and work in a global company alongside some of the brightest minds and industry experts.
You’ll be studying for a Level 4 – Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability Practitioner qualification. We’ll fund your course, and 20% of your time will be spent on your studies.
There are plenty of opportunities for future growth and experience beyond your apprenticeship. Many of our apprentices go on to enjoy full time positions both in their apprenticeship department and other business areas.

From day 1, your line manager, a mentor and a buddy from the business will be there to support you. As an existing or ex-apprentice your buddy will really help you to immerse yourself in the company and your new role.
You will learn how to drive change by delivering or being part of a team delivering ISG’s ESG strategy and individual project Social Value. You will work with internal and external stakeholders often across multiple sites and functions to deliver cohesive and meaningful impacts at a local, national and global level.
The roles and responsibilities will be varied, often working on multiple initiatives at the same time.
For example, managing project fundraising, working in schools, helping our supply chain deliver social value
Register your interest
To start you will be shadowing the Social Value team gaining a better understanding of the role. You will be allocated tasks, attend meetings with internal and external stakeholders allowing you to further your knowledge and expand your network.
Your duties will include the following:-
Support the social value team on the design and delivery of the social value plan and how it will be achieved
Support project teams to implement social value initiatives (including work placements, apprenticeships, educational events, careers events, community initiatives, supply chain engagement and support)
Support projects in recording, reporting and achieving social value targets
Attend meetings with clients, stakeholders, and other third party organisations
Identify and liaise with relevant partner organisations, such as local schools, charities, employment and skills agencies
Monitor and review social value data to ensure accuracy and performance improvement
Candidate Profile and entry criteria
You will have at least 104 UCAS points from you’re a-Levels or a relevant BTEC ideally including a maths or science subject or a construction related Level 3 BTEC Diploma with scope to learn and grow throughout the duration of the three-year programme, recognising that this time is used to make you an expert in your field to flourish and progress your career further once promoted off the scheme.
