LEVEL 3 DIPLOMA IN BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION
This qualification is suitable for learners aged 16 and above its aims is to provide learners with the knowledge and skills they need to operate as a successful business administrator. It also allows learners to develop skills in a range of areas relevant to business administration roles. Depending on the job role, their tasks will vary greatly and could include preparing notes, producing documents, organising events, setting up and maintaining filing systems, using software packages, monitoring risk and administering budgets.

LEVEL 3 DIPLOMA IN MANAGEMENT SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
This qualification is designed for learners who are working as a team leader/supervisor with operational/project responsibilities or responsibility for managing a team.
The purpose of the Level 3 Diploma in Management Skills and Knowledge is to provide the knowledge, understanding and skills required to work as a Team Leader/Supervisor. This qualification has been aligned to the Team Leader/Supervisor apprenticeship standard and could be used to support delivery of the apprenticeship.

Course Length: 12-15 months.
Qualification: Apprenticeship equivalent to two A-levels.
Requirements: 5 GCSE’s or Equivalent (NOT ESSENTIAL).
Training: Monthly training sessions with professional tutor.
Portfolio: Apprentices will create a portfolio to showcase their skills and improvement.
Mentoring: One to One mentoring provided, support available at all times.
