Job Role:
Greeting customers/ handle enquiry for walk-in customers
Answer phone calls- take messages/ deal with any query
Filing and documenting paper works
Typing and sending emails and letters

- Cover reception area and take care of admin work in the office
- Professional image when meeting visitors
- Answering telephone
- Provide admin support
- Ensures all messages are dealt with efficiently
- Ensure all work provided is completed
- Organise files and reports
- Providing customer and employee support
